Applicant would be able to apply for FIRE NOC thorugh E-NagarPalika Portal Online.On Clicking of Fire noc Application it will take the applicant to the Application form.Applicant needs to update checklist (53 points) which is an input fields and is mandatory.

Filling up form along with required documents will generate a request number which citizen would get through SMS & Email.At the same time Superintendent Engineer (SE) of UADD will also gets informed through SMS & Email that a new request has been generated for FIRE NOC.

Copy of Approval letter and Approved layout plan (each floor) by competent Authority.

Copy of Approval letter and Approved Building plan (each floor) by competent Authority.

Building Fire Plans(each floor) / Elevation Plan of Building / Section Plan of Building.

Copy of Ownership Document (Lease Deed / Registry(Summarized copy) / Khasra).

Copy of Certificate of Fire Consultant Qualification(If not listed in Department Website).

The Service request for evidence certificate can be received through portal or at KIOSK/CFC.

FIRE NOC certificate is free of cost service.

The fire officer will check the fire log record from the system.

The fire department will launch investigation to determine the origin and cause of the fire related incidents.

The applicant would be intimated through SMS to collect the certificate.

The Competent authority will issue the Evidence certificate citizen will download the certificate online from portal.

• To Submit Inspection Report to FA .
• Inspect the Installed Fire Equipment(as per prescribed parameters&functionalities).

Time line to issue approval of Temporary/Provisional NOC for Fire Safety of Building in 60 days from the submission of proper application with required documents and renewal of NOC in 30 days.
